How to make the best tea latte this Fall.
It’s finally feeling like Fall around here! That means there is only ONE MONTH left of my seasonal tea blend, Early Fall. This tea blend has all the fall things: earl grey, vanilla, allspice, cinnamon, cardamom, & cloves. And as a tea latte, it’s absolutely divine.
Early Fall Tea Latte Recipe
This recipe makes a 16 oz tea latte. You will need the following:
Early Fall Seasonal tea blend
Milk of your choice (I used almond)
Milk steamer or frothing wand
Start by brewing your tea: measure 2 heaping teaspoons of Early Fall and add 12 oz boiling water. Brew for 5 or 6 minutes. While tea is brewing, add 1 oz pumpkin spice syrup to your mug. While you’re still waiting for your tea to brew, measure out 3 oz milk and steam/froth (steaming your milk will add air to the tea, making it hot and thick). When your tea is done, strain into your mug, stir the tea & syrup together, top with steamed milk. Add a dash of ground cinnamon, allspice, or nutmeg because aesthetics are everything.
If you don’t have a steamer or a frothing wand you can always just add in warm milk. If you don’t have the pumpkin syrup, the tea itself is still delicious. If you don’t have the Early Fall tea, I’m sorry for your loss.
Until next time, Happy Brewing!
