Lavender tea makes a great addition to a lavender lemonade. Floral, sweet, tart, and refreshing; this iced tea drink is easy to make and will absolutely cool you off during the hottest of summer days.

And it's a caffeine free and a completely organic drink!

Lavender Lemonade Sparkling Elixir Recipe

Serve in a 24 oz mason jar (could easily be split into two 16 oz mason jars) - vegan and gluten free!

  • Moonlight tea (all organic: basil, lavender, peppermint)

  • Sparkling water

  • Simple syrup (equal parts organic sugar & boiling water)

  • Lavender essential oil (make sure it's consumable)

  • Lemonade

  • Sprig of fresh organic lavender

  • Measuring glass

  • Tea strainer

  • Pitcher

  • Ice

Brew the Moonlight tea: scoop 2 tsp of loose tea into your measuring glass, add 5 oz boiling water, steep 7 minutes. Strain tea into separate pitcher, add 1 cup ice to cool (will dilute tea a bit as well.) Add 1 oz simple syrup and 1 drop essential oil to tea and stir. Fill 24 oz mason jar or glass with ice almost to top, pour brewed tea over ice. Add about 6 oz lemonade then top with sparkling water, gently stir a few times to mix tea & sparkling water. Garnish with a few sprigs of fresh lavender. Add a cute ass paper straw and enjoy!

Feeling EXTRA?  Use 1-2 oz less lemonade and add a shot of vodka to your mixture. Now you've got yourself a hard lavender lemonade.
