Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
We do not accept TEA to be returned as it is a food product. However, we gladly accept product returns (tea infusers, matchbook filters, essential oils) as long as the packaging is not opened or the item is not used.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery with your order number and ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you local to Livermore or live near our shop, you may choose “in store pick up” during checkout and we’ll have your order ready in 1-2 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your items are ready for you.
